The 100m "other boot" go from mf2-mf5. I only placed single photo and refer to them as "other" because the difference is only in a slight thickness of the support area of the boot. Additionally, the only way to tell which MF# it is would be to look at the weld on the back plate which I have added an example of in the last frame.
