  • Soliloquies:long speech which characters express aloud.
  • Scene II, Capulets orchard.
  • Juliet cry's for her Romeo.

  • Monologue:lengthy speech,addressed to other characters,not the audience.
  • Benvolio tells the prince what happened at the fight.
  • Who killed who.

CAPULETS ORCHARD

  • Nurse tells Juliet Romeo killed Tybalt.
  • Nurse tells Juliet Romeos banished.
  • Juliet cry's a lot.
  • Juliet's more angry about Romeos banishment than Tybalts death.

FIGHTING SCENE

  • Tybalt and Mercutio fight.
  • Tybalt kills Mercutio.
  • Romeo kills Tybalt.
  • Romeo becomes banished.

FRIAR LAURENCES CELL

  • Romeo goes to seek a plan from the Friar.
  • Nurse comes and gives Romeo a gift from Juliet.
  • Friar Laurence tells Romeo to go to Mantua.

CAPULETS HOUSE

  • Lord Capulet approves Juliet's marriage to Paris.
  • Romeo spends the night with Juliet's
  • Next morning Romeo is forced to go to Mantua.
