  • An agreement formulated by Italy’s foreign minister Galeazzo Ciano
  • The term Axis Powers came to include Japan as well.

Kellog Braind act

  • The Kellogg-Briand Pact was an international agreement
  • Signatory states promised not to use war to resolve "disputes or conflicts"
  • It was signed by Germany, France, and the United States on August 27, 1928.
