• Jesus made people praise him which no man could be praised .
• The emperor had to be praised .

• Killed plenty of people to weaken them.

REASON #3

• Over-expansion
• It was a big problem with money and such .
• It wasnt that big of a problem but they struglled beating their enemies without funds.
