Background

• Rob was born on June 28th 1974 in Kettering Ohio.
• Always involved in sports
• Had an interest in skateboarding and pursued it
• Became a pro skater at the age of 12

History

• Rob had a reality show called "Rob and Big"
• When that ended in 2008 rob started working on a new project
• "Fantasy Factory" then began a year later in 2009.
• In 2010 his 3rd television show on MTV launched called "Ridiculousness"
• Rob got his money to pursue these ideas form being sponsored by DC shoes

History

• Rob also owns his own skate shop called "Alien Workshop" 

Traits

• Rob is very outgoing and always smiling
• Big risk taker (Dropped out of high school to pursue career)
• He knows the right times to be serious and when to be cheerful and outgoing
• He isn't scared to fail 

Challenges

• For Rob there wasn't really a challenge
• Being a pro skater and having money from that then having his own mtv show
• He invested his money right and was smart with the moves he made
• Having "Rob and Big" on MTV just made it easier to get the other shows

• Rob has a cartoon show called "Wild Grinders"
• Rob helped two people create successful buisness's
• He has a mini horse
• Created the biggest skateboard in the world
