The draft curriculum outcomes are leading towards groupings that address alphabet knowledge, phonics, word study, vocabulary, and reading fluency. This matches the Acadience subtests LNF, PSF, NWF, and ORF, and maze. One skill leads to success in the next skill. This is only part of the ELA curriculum.

Intervention
Data will determine structure, frequency, intensity, time, and type.
ELIT and LST's who are providing intervention will primarily focusing on strengthening the gaps in skills that are monitored by the Acadience. Alphabet knowledge, alphabetic principle, phonics, and fluency. This should only by a part of instruction.
Classroom teachers will address Grade level authentic writing, speaking, and reading.
