Leonardo Da Vinci

Leonardo Da Vinci was born on April 15, 1452. He was a Painter, Architect, and Inventor. He painted the famous painting called 'Mona Lisa'. He lived in Florence when he was born and he moved to 3 different place.

Da Vinci is important and the most known today because of his paintings and because of 'Mona Lisa'. His natural genius crossed so many disciplines that he epitomized the term "Renaissance Man". Da Vinci died on May 2, 1519.

Galileo

Galileo was an Italian physicist and astronomer. He was born in Pisa on February 15, 1564 and died in January 14, 1642. He discovered Jupiter's first 4 moons. He lived in Pisa and he contributed in astronomy and physics during the Renaissance-era.

Elizabeth I

Elizabeth I was a queen of England and Ireland from November 17, 1558 to March 24, 1603. She was born on September 07, 1533 and died on March 24, 1603. She lived in Woodstock and in Hatfield House.

Thomas More

Thomas More was an English lawyer, social philosopher, author, statesman, and noted as the 'Renaissance Humanist'. he was famous for his book 'Utopia', which was released in 1519, 16 years before he died. He was born on February 07, 1478, but some people consumed it to be 1477. He died on July 06, 1535.

Marco Polo

Marco Polo was born on September 15, 1254 in Venice, Italy. He was most famous for traveling through Asia and reaching China & Mongolia, where he became a confidant of Kublai Khan. He brought back inventions from Asia like: coal, lenses, paper money, gunpowder, pasta, silk, and spices. Polo died on January 08, 1324.
