Outreach

  • Be proactive
  • Look for partnership opportunities
  • Stay engaged with the campus community
  • Don't be afraid to try new ideas
I try to look for every available opportunity to partner with different organizations or to participate in campus activities. This allows you to interact with students outside of the library and shamelessly plug resources that may be useful or related to an activity.

Be engaged with the campus community. Know what's going on and look for ways the library may be able to help facilitate an activity.

If possible attend functions for various disciplines/departments.
