*Connect the idea of the reference interview to all aspects of reference
*Explain the fundamentals of serving a diverse population
Snowball
Write a word you associate with reference
at this point will play "snowball" game. Hand out paper to everyone and have them write down one word they associate with reference. Then crumple paper and throw it at someone else. Have people read the papers they end up with.
