Even if you don't do it for the Earth, do it to help yourself
THESE ARE THE 4 R'S
- Reduce- lessen amount of stuff consumed
- Reuse- use items that are meant for one use more than once
- Recycle- break down an item so that its particles can be remade
- Rot- break down soiled paper and food for fertilizer
REDUCING IS THE FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANT R.
If you accomplish reducing, you don't need the rest as much
