  • Example: 4/25 x 8/9
  • Multiply both the numerators.
  • Then multiply the denominators.
  • 4x8=32, 25x9=225
  • Answer: 32/225

THE WORK.

  • 6/9 x 5/10
  • The numorators, 6 and 5
  • The denominators, 9 and 10
  • Multiply the groups together.
  • 6x5=30 9x10=90 Answer: 30/90
