Qualifications

Literacy Coach?? Covered under Reading specialist to ensure qualified personnel are hired
PLUS:
1) have experience and expertise at the grade level taught
2) knowledgeable in all aspects of reading processes, including assessment
3) experience working with teachers
4) excellent presented and group leaders
5)experience modelling and providing feedback (IRA, 2004)
