He took over the, Egyptian Mediterranean coast, Hittite state of Amurru in Syria,Syrian City of Kadesh,
northern Amurru,
Pi-Ramesses, an ancient city in the Nile delta, was established by Ramesses 2 and used for his campaigns in Syria.
The Abu Simbel temples, 2 massive twin rock temples, were also built by Ramses II

Ramses II facts:
Pylon is the Greek word for the entrance of an Egyptian temple. This pylon shows that he wanted to be remembered for his influence on military, political, and religious life.

Results of there time:
1) conquered more city's to expand his army and village.
2) used to campaign and continue to be pharaoh.
3)lasting monument to himself and his queen Nefertari and to commemorate his alleged victory at the Battle of Kadesh.
