WHY GET A RABBIT?

  • Sense of responsibility
  • Ideal for apartment living because they dont need much space and be taken outside on a leash
  • They dont smell because they clean themselves just like cats
  • Their poop and pee doesnt have much of a smell and they can be litter boxed trained
  • Proven by scientists having any pet will lower blood pressure and increase happiness/mood

BASIC NEEDS FOR A RABBIT

  • Food- timothy hay and pellets with 15-17% protein
  • Housing- where its going to spend the day and night at
  • Toys- so that the teeth will not overgrow and the rabbit will be occupied
  • Litterbox- so the cage will stay clean
  • Affection- so the rabbit will feel apart of the family and be happy

There are many types of rabbit breeds but with which ever one you get they will still have all the same basic needs.
