- commonly known as RA, it's an autoimmune disease that can cause chronic inflammation of the joints and other areas of the body.

Signs and symptoms
-fatigue
-joint pain
-joint tenderness
-joint swelling
-joint redness
-joint warmth
-stiffness of joints
-deformity
Treatment of RA
-patient education
-rest as well as exercise
-joint protection
-medications
-sometimes surgery
