Cultural factors

The way in which sexual motivation is expressed and acted upon.

Cultural factors can be understood as a part of the social life of humans.

When it comes to sexuality social norms are considered people who are engaged in it or have experience.

HISTORY OF SEXUALITY

It has always been a vital part of the human existence. Males and females were allowed and expected to express their sexuality. Men had a great deal with more sexual power and freedom.

CULTURAL VIEWS
Cultural views have established distinctive approaches to gender. For example, some religions view sex as a sacred act between men and women but should only be performed within marriage.

Other religions view certain kinds of sex as shameful or sinful, and stress that sex should only be engaged in for the purpose of procreation.

BACK IN THE DAY
Sex drive and sexual desire emphasize control or dictate the time and condition in which sexuality can be expressed.

FOR EXAMPLE
In a religion a girl cannot have libido until marriage or mid-age.

PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTORS

  • Varies paychological factors can influence ones motivation for sex
  • Most of these
