NATALIE

  • Renewable resources- respirces replaced by natural processes faster thsn they are consumed .
  • Nonrenewable reasource- replaced by natural processes pver an extremely ling period of time.
  • Sustainable use- using resources at a rate in which they can be replaced or recycled.
  • Endemic- species that are found in a specific geographic area.
  • Bioremediation- the use of living organisms, such as prokaryotes, fungi, or plants fo detoxify a polluted area.

NATALIE

  • Biological augmentation
  • Adding natural preditors fo a degraded ecosystem .

PARKER

  • You could save this animal if you would stop littering...and drink cokes.

BRYCE

  • Ecosystems are essential to our well-being and prosperity as they provide us with food, clean air and fresh water.
  • Ecosystems also represent an exceptional source of outdoor recreation opportunities.
  • The functions performed by ecosystems that increase our well-being are called ecosystem services.

Factories like this are damaging our ecosystem and making it unlivable for some species.
