Inverse Property
There are two types of inverse property one type is additive and the other is multiplicative.

Additive Property
Additive property is what you add to a number to get zero
Such as:
-5+5=0

When you multiply a number by its multiplicative inverse it equals one or zero.
EX:
8x1/8=1

There are two kinds of commutative property one is addition and one is multiplication.

It doesn't matter what order the number s are in you will end up with the same sum
EX
1+2=3 2+1=3

When you switch the order of the two numbers the product is still the same

Associative Property of Addition
No matter where they the parenthesis are the sum is the same
1+(2+3)=2+(1+3)
