  • Burning Of Another Persons Property.

Vandalism

  • Destruction Of Another Persons Property.

Larceny

  • Taking another persons property with the intent to steal.
  • Theft is a misdemeanor 
  • however anything above a certain value it is grand larceny

ShopLifting

  • Stealing Items From A Store 

Concealment

  • Attempted Shoplifting That Is REcognized By Some States

Embezzlement

  • Taking of money/property from the person it was entrusted

Extortion

  • Taking property through threats of harm (black mail)

Robbery

  • stealing property using intimidation or force

Burglary

  • Breaking and entering a building/home with intentions of commiting a crime

FORGERY

  • Making a fake document/altering a new one to commit fraud

Uttering

  • Offering a document to be real knowing it is fake

Receiving Stolen Property

  • receiving/buying obviously known stolen property

Unauthorized use of a vehicle

  • Taking a car someone who only want to use it temporarily
