The Testimonial Tenchnique is being used in the Proactiv commercial, the speakers are the Proactive people and the audience is the viewers of the comercial.

They are using Adam Levine to make the product sell and for viewers to take interest in watching it. Him saying "After this amount of weeks, my face cleared up""it really works."

This add uses name-calling. The speaker in this ad is Mitt Romney and his campaign staff. The target audience are the American voters. The add is trying to appeal to the voter's beliefs about innovators that build companies.

The ad uses name-calling to say that Obama doesn't give entrepreneurs credit and that he "attacks success". The ad says that America needs someone who believes in entrepreneurs and their hard work, like Mitt Romney.

This ad uses a slogan. The speaker in this ad is Geico. The target audience are car owners that need insurance. The ad is trying to catch people's attention with a memorable slogan that makes the company come to mind when considering car insurance.
