I've learned many things in this class from proper communication, to how to be in a positive dating relationship. I can apply these to real life because it helps me figure out what I am most comfortable doing from love languages to my way of learning. I also have found out how I can manage my time and stress and a crisis. Also about how to positively think about myself instead of negative thoughts that could bring me down. Furthermore, I can make sure that I mostly get my needs instead of wants so I can have a more fit kind of living style. All these things can help me in real life rather than just in class because all this happens to everyone and people should learn all this to help deal with it.
