Before checking with your teacher, try these helpful hints to download programs to your robot.

If you are opening a file you worked on previously from another day, you may have to save your file with a new name in order to download.

If you are using a period or any other punctuation in your file name, it will not download.

Check the pins in the usb cable and the port on the robot. Do they look damaged?

Almost each time you plug in, you will get a message to update your firmware. ALWAYS say yes!

You can delete individually from the robot or batch delete from the computer.

You can also take our the batter and hit the reset pin for 30 seconds.
