Purpose, Problem, Question.
The purpose of this assignment was to see if we could build a box that would be able to hold a pringle safely in the mail.

Plastic ice cream container
Tissues and steamers roll
Bubble wrap bags
Pringles
Packing paper, stickers, and tape

HYPOTHESIS
IF,we put our pringle in a plastic bottle with cardboard and packing material,
THEN, it will not break,
BECAUSE, of all the extra padding!

IV (Independant Variable): what packaging we use
DV (Dependant Variable): whether or not the pringle breaks

DESIGN IDEAS
Put the streamers roll in the sorbet container
Then put a lot of tissues and bubble wrap in
Put the pringle on top of that...
Then more tissues and bubble wrap in on top
Make sure to screw the lid on top

TESTING THE DESIGN
We tested the design by dropping the pringle down the stairs to the garage
At first the pringle cracked so we had to add some tissues and another bubble wrap bag
When we tried to drop the pringle again it was able to succeed

In conclusion if you pack something more tightly and keep it compacted together than it is more likely to stay safe and in one peice than it would with the object packed loosely.
