RULES & CRITERIA FOR POSTERS

• Accurate grammar
• Appropriate diction (i.e no discriminatory message, vulgarities & unhealthy images)
• Usage of blu-tac
• Maximum 20 A4 posters per event ( A3 poster equals to two A4 posters )
• IP Block and Second Floor are strictly out of bound.
• A deadline will be given, posters must be removed before then.

APPROVING PROCEDURE

• Unlimited poster designs can be submitted
• Posters are to be vetted by PRDs. (please submit your posters at the top right letter slot outside SC room)
• PRDs will vet and stamp to approve the posters individually. (No photocopying of a stamped poster)

THINGS TO TAKE NOTE

VIOLATION OF RULES

• All unapproved posters or posters that are placed in restricted area will be removed.
• Actions will be taken against late removal (i.e the maximum number of posters a PDP can place will be reduced)
