A seven-year old boy who can only communicate by chirping after his mother raised him as a pet bird. Reports in Russia media claim the child, suffering from "Mowgli syndrome." He was found in a tiny two room apartment ,filled with cages containing dozens of birds, bird feed and bird droppings. His 31 year old mother never spoke to him all his communication was from the birds. The boy learned the way of the birds.
