Poutine is a Canadian dish made with French fries, topped in brown gravy and cheese curds. It is a popular dish usually served as a side or a meal.

  • 1 (10 1/4 ounce) can beef gravy
  • 5 medium potatoes cut into a fry shape
  • 2 cups cheese curds
