WHAT'S THE SCENARIO?

CAUSES OF DECLINE

• Families aren't having as many kids
• Less kids means less people to go into the workforce
• School is getting expensive(can't afford to have kids)

EFFECTS

• Unemployment means crime rates go up
• Decline in exported goods
• Urban population population decreases

SOLUTION 1

• Create jobs that give you a raise
• after you have your kids in order
• to encourage people to have kids and
• to create more jobs.

• thus creating jobs for cloning and paying
