  • Grade level meetings
  • School improvement teams
  • Child study/intervention teams
  • Gripe Sessions
  • Social Events

- Data specific
- Judgement free
- High levels of productive dialogue
- Sharing of knowledge and strategies
- Honest and open discussions
- A shared goal, problem, or project

Critical PLC Questions:

  • What do we want each student to learn?
  • How will we know they learned it?
  • What will we do when a student has trouble learning?
  • How will we extend the learning for those who are proficient?

  • To provide a means of analyzing student work/data
