History

  • In 1531, Cornelius Agrippa made an early version of pigpen Cipher.
  • No one knows why he made it, but there is some other people who used it.

My driving Question!

What was one time someone used Pigpen to get out of a situation?

In the mid-1800's, The FreeMasons used PigPen Cipher to keep their records private. They didn't want Anyone knowing about them, so on their Gravestones, They wrote in Pigpen cipher.
