  • It took our country by surprise
  • People where to stunned at the sight of bombs being dropped to react.

  • The first flight consisted of 183 Japanese planes that where launched from an aircraft carrier 230 miles out of Oahu.
  • They dropped around 183 bombs

  • The all round casualties was about 4700 men woman and children
