  • Korean need to be permitted before establishing company
  • Korean territories are nationalized

  • Military police & lashing police
  • Any kind of gathering and Korean newspapers are forbidden
  • Japanese teachers wear uniform and knife even at school
  • Change Korean name in Japanese style
