• NOT TO ATTACK JEWS
• Make smart deals (not with PLO)

THE WORLD

• Limit violence: support peaceful negotiations
• Stop terrorists from taking control
• Regulate laws for treaty
• Become a third party (basis for...

WHY WILL IT WORK???

BECAUSE...

• Puts focus off of religion
• Makes the issue EQUAL RIGHTS
• Allows a third party (world) to regulate
• Jerusalem stays neutral
• Democracies are formed (x2)
