  • Considered bribing.
  • Kids shouldn't have to be "encouraged".
  • Schools have a lot of expenses.
  • Teens don't spend money wisely.

MY STANCE
Yes, I think students should get paid for maintaining good grades throughout the school year.

COUNTERCLAIM
Students shouldn't get paid for doing what they should be doing. It's their responsibility to maintain a good grade.

REBUTTAL
Students have to have 11-12 years of school. Not counting college. It's time we get something in return for all of our hard work in school. Teachers will also get money for test score improvements, it's a win, win for everyone.
