"LET IT BE"

  • This song is about not fighting the things that happen and just trusting that everything will work itself out.
  • During the time this song was written, The Beatles were going through a tough time almost to the point where they were going to split up. All the other members were off with their partners somewhere and McCartney was in London all alone, thinking of his mother.
  • This song belongs to the rock genre because The Beatles are considered to be a Enlgish rock band and because this song along with their other songs has electric guitar, drums and a repetive beat and rhythm, Although "Let It Be" is in the rock genre many argue that it also incorporates some blues and some R&B.
