Now, I am going to breifly tell you the history of Kampong Glam. The word "Kampung" means "village or settlement" and "Glam" is the name of a particular tree, the 'Gelam tree', which grew in abundance in the area where Kampong Glam is located. Now, I will hand the time over to Adriel, our see specialist, who will talk about the sightseeing spots.

First, at 8am, we will pick you up from the airport. Then, at 8.30am, we will have breakfast at Victory. Then, at 9.30, we will visit the Malay Heritage Centre. At 1.30pm, we will have lunch at Warong Nasi Pariaman.Thank you Mark for the wonderful speech.

At 2.30pm, we will go shopping with a free and easy time. At 3.30pm, we will go to the gallery where you can see many traditional malay costume and things. Then, at 4.30pm, we will be going to the Sultan Mosque where you will be introduced to why malay prays and which direction they pray in. After the visit to the Sultan Mosque, we will be bringing you for dinner at about 5.30pm at ZamZam.

After dinner at about 7pm, we will have some Free and Easy time to shop around and the tour guide will also explain to you about the toys that we Singaporeans play in the past. We will be shopping till 8.30pm and we will be sending you back to the airport.
