PACKAGING PROJECT

Gift

• The gift that I'm packaging is a waffle iron. It is 20 by 20 cm.

WHY IS MY PACKAGE A SUITABLE SIZE?

• I think that having a package that is 25 by 30cm is a suitable size for a waffle iron and the packaging to keep it safe.

WILL THE PACKAGING PROTECT THE WAFFLE Iron

• The packaging will protect the waffle iron because it is durable and very protectable.
• If the waffle iron moves it won't break.

KEEPING PRICES LOW

• To keep prices low I used Packing Peanuts which are $1.54 per 100lt, recyclable bubble wrap which is $1.15 per 20 sheets, a cardboard box which is $6.72 and eco friendly glow in the dark paint which is $1.81 for 10 80ml bottles.

ECO FRIENDLY Materials

• To make my package eco friendly I used packing peanuts instead of styrofoam, a cardboard box which you can reuse and special bubble wrap which is recyclable.

DOES It Look Good

• My package looks nice because the cardboard box is painted with a special eco friendly glow in the dark paint.
