STRATEGY FOR INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION

Photo by kenteegardin

-Internal Communication
*platform that regroups all members linked to the website: each member can access to his private account and keep track of the club's activities and time table events, meetings, interviews deadlines...
*Some departments hold regular team meetings but in others there is no formal mechanism for updating staff on key issues. This can result in the ‘grapevine’ culture and the wrong information being circulated
* Member's' involvement and commitment

External Communication
*RESEARCH COMMUNITY: Peer viewed press:Tunivisions/ famous websites..
*B2B:Tradefaires /Seminars
*PUBLIC AT LARGE: Social media/ Radios.. all means of communications possible (des vidéos buzz)

HOW?

  • What should we continue doing? Stop doing? Adjust?
  • Concentrate on the OUTPUT :• Did we do what we set out in the plan ? • Did all our activities work towards the agreed objectives ? • How many people did we reach, how many times, over which period ?
