You want to rebuild but the mental torment is
overwhelming
The demonic realm has access to our soulish realm (mind)
Our struggle is not against flesh and blood!
(Ephesians 6:12)
The battlefield is the mind!
Take every thought captive
(2 Corinthians 10:5)
The Past:
(Look what he/she's done to me?}
Tends to resurface during arguments
Advice: Remember you have forgiven, are moving ahead and not looking back
3 Battles
- Memories of the past
- Torment in the moment
The Present:
(What did he do with her?)
Times of intimacy can stir up desire for more details than are helpful to have
Advice: Too much (sexual) information gives the demons more to stir up.
3 Battles
- The past
- The present
- Fear for the future
The Future:
(My partner will return to the other person)
Happens when your partner is late or not where you expect them to be
Advice: Choose to trust, believe the best and walk in faith that God is in control.
