Yesterday I was in a workshop learning to become a Professional Learning Facilitator. In the workshop we are asked to look into our partner eyes to figure out their preferred learning styles. I learn a little bit more of myself and of others.
I learned there are several models of learning styles of a person, and that also lend to the idea - there are many pathways to success in life. If we judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree...

Globalisation, Technology and Innovation

characteristics of 21st century
No doubt the 21st century is characterised by globalisation, technology and Innovation (driven by creativity).

Choices, Pathways to Success

The 21st century is also characterised by choices. With choices come many pathways to success.

"Let us remember: One book, one pen,
one child, and one teacher can change
the world" - Malala Yousafzai

But for the poor and underpriviledged, to women, to boys and girls, access to quality education is important.

Creating the pathways to facilitate nurturing of talents and promoting improvement in their socioeconomic status are equally important.

Flexible education and MOOC can be the pathway that facilitate and promote success in Life.

Flexible education - access to quality education to all
