Some workers have to clean and some have to inspect sewers for cracks.

To be a sewage worker you have to have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Sewage workers have to be in poop all day long.

You wouldn't smell pleasant and the smell probably wouldn't wash off easily

The work is hard and the pay isnt worth what you have to do.

Typical day is an 8 hour work day.

Some studies report an increased risk of stomach cancer for sewage workers.

Rats are nasty and in sewers.

May be on call 24/7 and work holidays and weekends.
