  • Def. In nature a relationship between two kinds of organisms that last over a period of time is called symbiosis

  • When a relationship of two kinds of organisms benefit each other it's called mutualism
  • Ex: Clownfish and sea urchin
  • Ex: Digestive bacteria and humans
  • Ex: spider crab and allege

PARASITISM

  • An organism that is in/on another organism and might harm the other organism
  • Ex:1 flea and animal
  • Ex:2 mistletoe and tree
  • Ex:3 dodder plant and tree

COMMENSALISM

  • When one organism is benefiting from another organism without harming the other organism
  • Ex:1 Orchids on trees
  • Ex:2 Cattle egrets and livestock
  • Ex:3 Remora fish and sharks
