  • The Phenoix, was supposedly reborn from it's own ashes.
  • It is the largest constellation of the 12 invented at the end of the 16th Century.
  • The nest was both the tomb of one phoenix and the cradle of the next.
  • Phoenix is the 37th constellation in size, occupying an area of 469 square degrees.
  • In summer, it's easy to see from Australia and South Africa.
