  • Lets say your Tummy feels Hungry.
  • First thing to do is look at your Watch. Is it time to Eat?
  • If so, Great, go ahead and eat. If NOT, Drink some water or eat a predesignated food until Meal Time.
  • Tell yourself "Good Job" each time.
