LIFE COACH

CARLY LIMOLI

Evan Hart

My boyfriend, Evan, has a pretty healthy lifestyle. He also has good positive experiences. However, when it comes to illness related behaviors, he's not so good.

HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

Exercise:

When it comes to exercise, Evan does extremely well. Every morning he's in the gym working out. To have a healthy lifestyle you need to do some kind of exercise. Whether it be cardio, aerobics, or lifting.

Family & friends:

Evan has many family members and friends who support him. It's always good to keep people close by, whether it be your parents, friends, or even friendly neighbors.

POSITIVE EXPERIENCES

Flow:

It seems like Evan is always in flow. He loves working out, helping people, and hunting. He also loves playing sports in his gym class. To have good flow you need to be active and have clear goals, without expecting anything.

Happiness:

Evan is always happy. He's happy to help anyone who asks. People who are happy are more likely to help another out, or even put another person in a happy mood too.

Explanatory style:

Evan has an optimistic explanatory style, which is good. Those who have an optimistic explanatory style are less likely to become depressed. Instead of putting the blame on themselves, they think of a valid reason why something went the way it did.

ILLNESS RELATED BEHAVIORS

Smoking/drugs:

Though Evan doesn't do drugs, he does smoke cigarettes. Smoking cigarettes is very bad for you, not only will your mouth smell like an ashtray but it'll taste like one too. Not to mention your lungs get tar all over them, making it harder for your lungs to pump. To overcome smoking, you could take nicotine gum or wear a patch.

Weight & diet:

Evan is at a very healthy weight and has a good diet. He eats plenty of protein, fruits, & veggies. It's not good to eat a lot of junk food, you could become very unhealthy and even overweight.
