PRESENTATION OUTLINE
Water pollution is when water is contaminated with trash chemicals and other stuff.
Water pollution is harmful because life in water can be poisoned by the pollutants. Humans also drink water so we could be hurt by it
The effects of water pollution are that it poisons life in the water and can kill them. Humans might not have clean water to drink which can hurt them. And if a small fish dies from it, the predator doesn't have anything to eat.
It affects organisms that live in the water most since they are surrounded by it.
Air pollution is when air is contaminated with things like smoke or oxides.
Everyone needs air to breathe so if we are breathing contaminated air we could be harmed.
Air pollution is harming and killing organisms that get it in their respiratory system. It also irritates eyes, noses, and throats as well.
It most affects organisms that have diseases or allergies because it worsens their diseases or allergies.
Land pollution is when land (soil) is contaminated with trash or chemicals.
It is harmful because animals can mistake it for food and choke on it. Trash can also attract rodents that carry diseases.
Land pollution kills or hurts animals that eat it. Plants might not grow well if the soil is contaminated.
It affects animals that live on or under the ground most because they have the easiest access to it.
We believe air pollution is most destructive to our world because it can move into water and land. It can be rained into water and water pollution could wash up on land. Air pollution can also be rained directly onto the land.
