THE SALVATION ARMY
The Salvation Army was founded by William and Catherine Booth and is a Christian organisation.
The Salvation Army particularly assists families in need. This charity provides family support and related counselling, operates accommodation and care services for children and adolescence unable to live with their families and manage women's shelters and refuges for women that are escaping domestic violence.
A TYPICAL WEEK
- 100,000 meals for those in need of food
- 2,000 beds for the homeless
- 5,000 - 8,000 food vouchers
- 1,000 people with assistance in finding a job
- Shelter for 500 victims of abuse
A TYPICAL WEEK
- Assistance to 500 people that are addicted to drugs, alcohol or gambling
- Several thousand people with counselling
- 3,000 elderly with aged care services
- 1000 people in the court system with chaplaincy services
- Family tracing services which can locate 40 missing family members
The Charity gains it's funding through the government. They collect a faith-based government funding.
They are also known for their Red Shield Appeal fundraiser. The Red Shield Appeal Door knock takes place on the 24-25 of May, it offers Australians from all kinds of social standings, whether you be poor or rich, to take part in Salvos journey to transform people's lives.
The issues that this charity attend to are mainly based on families. Child care, adolescence, the homeless, the elderly. All of that family business.
The family issues that are attended are counselling, accommodation for adolescence unable to live with family, refuges, adolescence escaping sexual and physical abuse and much more. These particular people are in need of aid because they don't know who to turn to or who to trust, they want someone to help them get through their troubles. That's what The Salvation Army is for, to help those family crisis'.

The Halluci Puzzle charity is an organisation designed to help those with the disease schizophrenia. The disease schizophrenia is not yet a curable disease. It is, though, quite a nasty one.
Schizophrenia Is a mental disorder, it causes a person to lose the ability of reality, they are no longer able to tell the difference between the real world and the fantasy.
THE SYMPTOMS
- Delusions
- Hallucinations
- Loss of ability to recognise the real people
- Detached thought and speech
The symptoms do vary widely from one person to another depending on factors that are still unknown to our generation.
Scientists are quite puzzled by this disease and its uniqueness, that's how we got our name.
OUR CHARITY STRIVES TO:
- Gain enough money to pay for further look into finding a cure for this disease
- Make life easier for schizophrenic victims
- Raise awareness and get people in on the act

The asylum becomes an almost-scary house. What I mean by that is, we put a few unusual creatures in their, fake creatures, and whoever enters must find the creatures, take a note that was with the creatures and escape.
