  • Skip Step - weight on ball of R L raised, slide on R and switch

  • L R L, R L R - hopping, weight on back leg, ladies pop hip
  • B F B - front leg moves back, in-step towards centre line, feet low = fast
  • men = legs further apart, ladies = legs closed (skirts?)
  • Count = 1 2 3, front leg moves out and back
