PRESENTATION OUTLINE

CEREBRAL CORTEX

BY JESSI CHATHA & JACKIE TOXQUI

LONGITUDINAL
instead of sampling data merely once it samples data over time

CORTEX
made of layers of neurons which includes may inputs. It is made of parietal, occipital, temporal , and formal lobes
these cortical neurons work like logical gates. these logical gates are like mini microprocessors, it contains glial cells . glial cells guide neural connections.

Occipital
One of the many parts of the occiput, usually the occipital bone

Parietal
The near side and top of our skull

CEREBRAL CORTEX

  • it is the largest part of the brain.
  • it is also the covering of the cerebrum
  • its the part of the brain that is in charge of information processing

This is a part of psychology because it basically controls our nervous system.

EXPAIN WHAT IS CEREBRAL CORTEX

It is the largest part of the brain. It is also the covering of the cerebrum.

Name the 4 different lobes that the cortex is divided into.

The cortex is divided into 4 lobes which are parietal, occipital, temporal, and formal lobes

SUMMARY

It is the largest part of the brain and controls our information processing. It is also the converting of cerebrum.
