Vision: Foundation

  • Focus on the students outcomes.
  • Enhancing the learning process.

Vision: MANAGEMENT

  • The main goal is to set up a plan with students.
  • Organized for any possible situation.

Direct/Indirect: DELIVERY

  • Provide services to the parents, students, school, and community.
  • Structured lessons

Direct/indirect: Responsive

  • Designed to meet with the students.
  • Concerned if student will continue to have a bad pattern.

Use of time

Accountability

  • Being able to analyze data.
  • Student achievement throughout the school.

OPPORTUNITIES

  • Present options to achieve students goal.
  • Courses student can take promotes personal identity.

Leadership

  • Solving problems, essential skill.
  • Using S.M.A.R.T planning.

The real deal

  • My Mentor, Mr. Marks, taught me methods of how all students are different.

  • No counselling meetings with students
  • The amount of students a counselors mentor.
