• Karana and Ramo are stranded on the island.
• Ramo dies from the pack of wild dogs.
• Wild dogs ransack the old village of food.

chapter 9

• Karana set the village on fire
• she found a chest with Jewls but through them into the ocean
• She started making weapons

chapter -10

• Karana attacked and killed 3 wild dogs.
• She tried to sail to the island her tribe went to.
• She had to return to the dolphin island.

chapter -11

• Karana plans to build her house.
• She has to search for a place to build her house.

chapter -12

• Karana starts to build her house.
• he built a fence to protect her house from wild animals.
• She started planning to collect sea elephant teeth to make a spear point.

chapter -13

• Karana tries to hunt sea elephants.
• She fell of a rock and hurt her leg.
• she found a sea elephant fight.

Chapter - 14

• Karana's leg swelled.
• She had to live in a cave to heal.
• She had to fight off the wild dogs while injured.

chapter -15

• Karana gets ready to attack the wild dogs.
• She starts to attack the dogs and almost kills the leader.
• Instead of killing him she brought him home to recover.
• She nurses the dog for a while.
• She befriended the dog and let him live with her, and named him Rontu.
